NOTE FROM OUR PASTOR

We live in troubling times, and we often hear people question whether things can get any worse. Unemployment in our country is at 8.1%, and according to one news source, many have given up on finding a job. The violence in the Middle East is increasing daily with riots over a video on YouTube. Israel is continually under global pressure to give everything up for “the sake of peace.” Natural disasters are almost a weekly occurrence.

Yet in the midst of all this, the question still remains, “Can it get any worse?”

Scripture declares that there are days coming that will be unlike any other. “…And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.” Daniel 12:1 ESV.

This week we will take a glimpse at those times of trouble that are coming and seek to understand the implications this has on our lives today. I hope that you can join us as we continue our journey on a collision course with Armageddon.
