Awana News

This week we netted $86.28 in our coin drive for Daylight Center and School in Kenya. Kids will also be saving up quarters to help purchase 2 complete bunk bed sets for the dormitory. We love our clubbers’ and leaders’ generosity.

Work Weekend at CBC

Busyness and distraction come in many different forms for each of us. Life and pressures tend to gain our attention and, at times, consume us. We lose focus of the finish line.

Youth Ministry

Youth Group for students in grades 7-12 will start on Sunday, September 22nd, at 6:30 PM at SonRise. Pastor Dave will be overseeing it, and meetings will be on the third Sunday of each month. Thinking Like a Christian is the title of the DVD series from Summit Ministries that will be used.

Sunday School

Sunday school classes for kids preschool through 12th grade will begin  Sept. 15th, at 9:15 AM. Adult classes begin Sept 29th.
