This week we will continue our study of what is commonly known as the Lord’s Prayer. We will begin exploring how Jesus taught his disciples to pray. This prayer was intended to be more than just something we recite from memory. Jesus told his disciples to “pray in this manner.” Jesus’ intent was to give us a pattern to our prayer life. We will explore this pattern and see why it is essential that our prayers include it. I hope that you are finding encouragement and challenge as we continue to ask the Lord to teach us to pray.
